Refund & Exchange Policy
To ensure that you receive a product that you are happy with, we check your orders thoroughly before sending them off for delivery. Hence, all sales are final, and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, in the event a manufacturing defect is discovered upon receipt of a product, please reach out to us at hello@pleasethankyou.com.sg within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to address your concerns subject to the terms below:

We will try our best to provide a 1-1 exchange of the same item where there is a manufacturing defect. Please provide us with proof of your purchase and photos showing such manufacturing defect(s).

No refunds will be provided.

All sales items are final. We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for discounted items.

Items damaged during shipping will not be eligible for exchange.

All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will provide you with store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.

All delivery fees shall be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet the requirements of the terms above.
The exchange policy above only applies to orders shipped within Singapore. For international orders, we are unable to provide returns/exchanges at this time.
