Ordering & Payment

Add desired items into your shopping cart, get ready your payment details and include notes at checkout (if any). Do double-check your email address as we send all order confirmations and shipping information to the email address you provide. If you’ve not received the confirmation after a few hours, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, feel free to contact us for help!

Order confirmation emails are sent almost immediately after you have placed an order successfully. If you have not received anything after a few hours, please check your spam or junk folder and mark our email as ‘not spam’ in order to receive future emails from us. If you’ve an account registered with us, you may also log in to check the order status.

There is an option for guest checkout if you do not wish to create an account. However, registering for an account has its advantages as we track and reward our best customers from time to time with special deals and perks :)
Creating an account also allows you to track past orders easily.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For customers located in Singapore, we highly recommend to pay via PayNow QR.

Most of our listed items are in stock and ready to ship. We occasionally run pre-orders and it will be indicated clearly on the product listing. If you’re unsure, always check with us before placing your order, we’re happy to help!

Pre-orders are hosted periodically for items that have a huge demand and/or are products that have a long production period due to its handmade nature, etc. We will list the estimated waiting period for all pre-orders and depending on the supplier/brand, waiting periods can range from a few weeks to several months. Only join a pre-order if you’re comfortable with the wait, and do expect that there might be delays especially in this pandemic where shipping estimates are quite unpredictable.

By default, all orders that contain pre-order items will only ship when the pre-order items are in. Please place separate orders if you need the in stock items urgently.

On the checkout page, there is an option to mark the order as a gift, as well as an optional field to type your message to your recipient. We will hand write the message on a note card and include it in your gift.

We are only able to send one order to one delivery address. However we will be able to package several gifts within the same order, to one delivery address. Please help us by indicating the gift items in the notes section. If you require gifts to be sent to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Yes, we do! We offer brown paper wrap + ribbon, as well as linen bags in two sizes. Please select this option at the checkout page.

Once an order has been packed and ready to be shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent. To ensure that you receive this notification, please check that you have entered the right email address before check out.
The courier will attempt a maximum of three deliveries. After the third failed delivery, the order will be returned to us and extra charges will apply for a re-delivery. Please double check your delivery address to ensure all details are accurate as we will not be liable for any failed deliveries due to such inaccuracies.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within Singapore takes approximately 3-5 working days for the default shipping option. If you require expedited shipping, please select the Express Delivery option but this service is only available from Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) and the order must be made before 8am.
Note: Our courier partner does not deliver/pick up parcels on Sundays and Public Holidays.
For extremely urgent orders, please send us an email and we will get back with a shipping quote, on a best effort basis.

UPDATE: A flat-rate local shipping fee of S$6 will be applied to all online orders during the sale (14/3-16/3). No express shipping will be offered during this period.
A S$6 shipping fee will be charged for orders below S$80.
Express (1-2 working days delivery) shipping is an additional S$15, regardless of order value. This service is only available for orders placed before 8am on Tuesdays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).

Yes, we offer free domestic shipping for orders above S$80.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe! However, we're working to automate shipping quotes, please bear with us.
Meanwhile, please send us an email with your full delivery address, as well as list of items you'd like to purchase for us to obtain an accurate shipping quotation.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region. -
No, we will not send any orders via untracked delivery methods as we want to be responsible for each order that goes out to our customers. A tracked delivery also ensures that we are able to assist you if there is any issue with the shipment.

You may pick up your order in person from our Studio (1100 Lower Delta Road). Please wait for an email notification before heading down.
Exchanges & Refunds

Once an order has been placed, no exchanges or refunds will be allowed. Please check the size/colour charts as well as any sizing recommendations listed on our product page carefully before purchase.

In the event a manufacturing defect is discovered upon receipt of a product, please reach out to us at hello@pleasethankyou.com.sg within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to address your concerns.
